World Community Grid's 5th Birthday Party
The 5th Birthday Party was an inter-team challenge proposed on World Community Grid by team MyOnlineTeam, to celebrate the 5th birthday of the project. The contest lasted only for the 24 hours of the November 16th, 2009 and was divided in three categories, Points, run time and results returned. Unlike other challenges, this one did not limit participation to specific sub-projects, leaving sub-project choice open for all participants.

Challenge Categories
The challenge was divided in three categories, as previously said, which are points, run time and results returned. The points category measured the amount of credits that each team was able to generate in the duration of the challenge. The run time was the sum of the cpu time spent by all participants in the workunits they crunched within each team. And finally, the results returned was the amount of workunits crunched by all the team members of each team.
